Lodging Rules
No Smoking/No Pets/No Candles.
No Parties/Events.
Max. occupancy 4 people.
Check-in is at 3pm and before 6pm unless other arrangements are made. We will meet with you, please call or text us at 772-634-204 (1) hour before arrival, to go over amenities and House.
Security deposit- Upon arrival the security deposit must be secure via credit card, ID must be presented, and a vacation rental agreement must be signed by the person who made the booking.
Cars-free parking two vehicles. Third vehicle/trailer $20 per day (3 vehicles maximum)
Boats- free dockage pending space available. Must be registered prior to arrival. No boats greater than 23 feet, trailer counts as one vehicle.
Visitors- No visitors on property unless arrangements have been made.
cancellation Policy
Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival 80% credit shall be issued. Less than 60 days prior to arrival and greater than 30 days a 40% credit shall be issued. Payments to be made per payment schedule. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
